- A minimum of 3 years Impala underground experience in Geology or Sampling Department is essential
- A minimum of 1-year previous experience in underground recording of geological features is essential
- Basic knowledge of Bushveld geology is essential
- Identification of geological structures and rock types knowledge is essential
- Knowledge Grade distribution and dilution control is essential
- Knowledge of Basic Mine Safety Standards and mining principles (layouts, cost, logistics) are essential
